You will often see “Bhouka” listed on older Canadian foundry lists, Bhouka is not a foundry.

Coral was a distributor out of Granby, Quebec – and not a foundry – the griddle had to be jobbed out – “BHOUKA” was Coral’s registered trademark. They date between 1961 and 1984. The font suggests they were made by Findlay but can’t prove it yet. If anyone has any information as to the maker, please let us know.

Not often they are found with the original handles, just simple bent wire and they are removable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
