If you don&#8217;t have proper gloves for heat protection, don&#8217;t do it this way. Handling 500 degree metal will burn flesh quickly &#8211; and even the welding gloves aren&#8217;t the best. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-4-3 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"video-container\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Base (first) coat of seasoning is so important - you want dry, dry, dry as possible.
